Read Across America Week

The kindergartners participated in many exciting events for Dr. Seuss, Read Across America Week. We read over 10 Dr. Seuss books throughout the week, dressed in crazy outfits, pajamas, hats and hairdos, had a visit from Cat in the Hat and Thing 1 and Thing 2, made 'twin' plates, designed a new hat for the Cat in the Hat, decorated our door and voted for the best door decoration around our school, and finished off a great week by watching Dr. Seuss's The Lorax. Phew! It was a crazy busy, jam packed week full of rhyming!
