YEHAW!

This week was Rodeo week in Kindergarten! We learned a lot of great things about being a cowboy, what they wear, the desert, animals, and so much more! We did a lot of projects this week, too!

We made a horse by ripping up paper and adding yarn for the tail and mane.

On Wednesday we dressed like cowboys and had a rodeo on Room 100!

 Look at all those rings!

Thursday we went to the gym to see an orchestra! The kids did amazing listening to it!

We celebrated Payton's birthday on Thursday. Happy birthday, Payton!

Our big question was What do you know about our country? The kids loved learning about presidents, where the white house is, different state park, etc! We ended up googling a few things, too, because they were so interested! Our vocab words were country, travel, purpose, careful, connect. Our new sight words were this and what.

Remember to send back the form for Grandparents day!
Conferences will be held from 1-8 on April 13th. Be sure to send back the signup sheet as soon as you can.
No school on Friday, April 14th.

Have a great Spring Break!
