Today we had a visitor in the our classroom! His name was Quinton Aaron and he is best known from his movie “The Blind Side.”
I’m sure most of you already know this, but he is in the area because he is shooting a movie called ‘Halfway’ at my family’s farm and a few local business. My cousin is the director/ writer, so that is why they chose our farm. Today he spoke to 7-12th grade about bullying and decided to stop by the Kindergarten rooms to visit his buddy Max Kelley (also my nephew) because it is their farm and house they have been using. We were lucky enough to get to talk to him and have our picture taken with him! He is one of the nicest people I have ever met! Always hugs and smiles! My sister, brother and dad are with him everyday and they say he is very genuine! I am so glad we have had this awesome opportunity!
