Sight Words

I remembered over the weekend that I forgot to add the reading part to my blog this week! We learned a new sight word this week, WE! We now know:

The kids are doing great with these so far, but pretty soon they are going to start adding up. Make sure and practice the sight words at home, in the car, or anytime you make think of it. You can ask them to spell it for you, you can spell the words for them, post them on the fridge, re-read the books, write sentences, etc.
We have already learned the new word for this week, SEE!
Our big question this week was "How do baby animals move?" We also learned some new vocabulary, too. I love how the kids like to take the cards and write them down during playtime. You may have already seen them writing movement, exhausted, exciting, arrived, and adventure.
